Yard sale announcements, questions, house for sale, room for rent, tool needed to borrow, free stuff, meeting announcements, lost cats, etc, as long as it's potentially relevant to the Southeast Marble residents. If someone abuses the list or is blatantly disrespectful, they'll receive a friendly reminder.
