The HNHOA Annual meeting will be held on Thursday, March 20th at 6:30 p.m. at the Hannah Center. Our By-Laws require that we have a five (5) person Board of Directors, each serving a two-year term. Therefore, there will be three terms expiring April, 2014.
The duties of the Board are to administer “the affairs of the Association”, including those listed below, to name a few (for a complete list of the duties, refer to the By-Laws Article IV, Section 4):
· Maintain the Condominium Project and the Common Elements
· Levy and collect assessments and using the proceeds for the purpose of the Association
· Enforce the Rules and Regulations of the Association
· Establish committees and appoint persons to them
· Enforce the provisions of the Condominium Documents

In the event that we have more homeowners interested in serving in these volunteer positions than openings available, a ballot listing all candidates and information about the candidates will be sent to homeowners prior to the Annual meeting.
