[ARCHIVED] Phase 3 Road Work to Begin on June 19th

Please be advised that work on Phase III roads by Spartan Asphalt is scheduled to begin on Friday, June 19th at 7:00 a.m. The work will be done on Puffin Place, Willet Way, Gannett Way, Phoebe Lane, and the back-half of Shearwater Lane (from Buteo north).

Residents are asked to seek alternative parking while the work is being done on Friday, and no cars may be left out on the streets being worked on. Residents may not be able to get in or out of their driveways for short periods of time while equipment is near their home. You may wish to park along the newly paved street of Buteo. There may be a significant amount of noise and dust while the operation is taking place, as portions of the old pavement and base will be ground up and a new base laid down prior to new asphalt being applied. If time permits, they will be applying the final layer of asphalt on Friday. However, that portion of the work may need to be done next week, as there is extensive repair work along Shearwater that needs to be completed. If it goes beyond Friday, June 19th, we will advise in a future communication what day(s) that will be.

Your understanding and cooperation with the Developer’s efforts to finish these streets in our neighborhood is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions or any special needs or concerns, please contact the HOA at hawknesthoa@gmail.com.
