We will gather at 6:30 for socializing and to enjoy cider and doughnuts provided by the East Lansing Police Department Sector 3.  At 7 we will have a business meeting, including electing RCCA Board Members.  Emerson Park Improvements and Safe Routes to School will also be on the agenda.  Please come!
