The developer is ready to continue the expansion of the Hawk Nest Community. According to our By Laws, if the Hawk Nest Homeowners Association would like to add Phases IV, V, and VI into our Association, it will require a ballot vote with 66 2/3% approving the ballot initiative. The following attachments provide more detailed information and the forms required to vote. Ballots should be returned to the HNHOA at P.O. Box 1404, East Lansing, MI 48826.
