The City of East Lansing has contracted with Leavitt and Starck Excavating Inc. to complete the
2015 Red Cedar Neighborhood Drainage Improvement - CDBG project.

The project is scheduled to begin on September 14, 2015 and be completed within three weeks. The project will include the installation of storm sewer beginning at the intersection of Lilac
Avenue and Hicks Drive running to the intersection of Daisy Lane and Hicks Drive and
continuing to the east approximately 200 feet on Daisy Lane.

Access coordination with impacted property owners will be handled by the contractor and field
inspectors as the project progress. Work will include some minor street patching so please take
care when traveling through this area.
