The Hawk Nest Home Owners Association will hold their Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at the Hannah Community Center. Our guest speakers this year will be Mayor Triplett and Officer Park. In addition, we will have a presentation on the City of East Lansing Budget by City Manager Lahanas. There will be an update on the Phase IV and V expansion as well as the Phase III roads and the results of this year's board elections.

This year we have two terms that will be expiring. We have four candidates that have expressed an interest in running for the Board. A copy of the Ballot and Certificate of Voter Designation Form is attached. If you filed a Voter Designation Form for the last Ballot proposal, you do not need to fill out another one. Just be sure the designated voter signs the Ballot. Ballots should be mailed to: HNHOA, Attn: Kwafo Adarkwa, P.O. Box 1404, East Lansing, MI 48826. In addition, we will have a ballot box at 521 Anhinga (Kwafo Adarkwa’s home in Phase 1) and 695 Phoebe (Anne Hill’s home in Phase 3). Ballots must be completed by March 18th. Votes can also be cast at the Annual Meeting on March 19th.
