The Whitehills Neighborhood Association (WNA) budget is forecasted around an estimated number of dues receipts that are sent in by neighborhood residents. The largest expense for the WNA is landscaping, followed by the social budget.
WNA takes the fiduciary responsibility of the neighborhood association very seriously and does its best to be good stewards of the association’s money. Many times over the past few years you may have seen board members weeding and planting at the many entrances to the neighborhood. This decision was made so WNA could spend more money on plant material and help expedite the landscaping plans. WNA could accomplish more if it had 100% of current residents’ annual dues paid of $40.
