The BCA board meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday of each month (with the exception of August) at 6:30 p.m. in the Pump House, 368 Orchard Street. BCA board members are residents of the neighborhood, nominated to the board and typically serve 2-year terms. The public is welcome to attend these meetings.
About the Board
The Bailey Community Association (BCA) is one of several neighborhood organizations that works alongside the City of East Lansing. The Bailey Neighborhood borders the Michigan State University campus and partners with the MSU Community Relations Coalition (CRC) on a variety of local projects.
The BCA publishes newsletters throughout the course of the year. We thank the City of East Lansing for helping to fund the printing of these newsletters. If you'd like to receive regular emails from the BCA board, please contact Chairperson Konrad Hittner.
